  1. miRule (Rule based micro RNA prediction Tool) was developed. miRule predicts the presence and position of the mature miRNA in the input precursor sequence.
  1. Online bioinformatics tool suits (program for information retrieval and analysis from biological database) have been developed. Under Rice bioinformatics tool suite several tools related to rice genomic and proteomics data analysis was integrated
  1. Varietal database was developed for IARI released varieties and Information retrieval system was developed for searching varietal database of IARI released varieties which include 17 field crops, 21 vegetables, 4 flowers and 5 fruits.
