The Human Resource Development (HRD) Cell at ICAR-NISST is a staff-centric unit dedicated to the capacity building of its employees. It provides training to all categories of staff based on an assessment of their individual needs. A key function is the preparation of an Annual Training Plan (ATP) to systematically improve the skills, knowledge, and competencies of employees, making them more efficient and productive in achieving the Institute's mandate.
